Women in Finance First Meeting

The Johnson Investment Institute hosted the Women in Finance Summit II in November, resulting in commitments from students, faculty and industry professionals to support the activities of a student-run organization at Lindner. The student organization will focus on engaging with the finance academic community and the finance industry regarding the causes and appropriate remedies of gender representation gaps in the financial services industry.

The first meeting of the student leadership group will be held on:

  • Tuesday, January 16
  • 5-6:30 p.m.

To help facilitate brainstorming and planning, Jamie Weathers, PhD, assistant professor-educator of finance and director of the Women in Finance Initiative, will set an initial agenda – and then let you set the course that is most meaningful to you.
