How much does it cost to study abroad?
The cost of a study abroad program will vary depending on the program as well as the destination. However, scholarships are awarded automatically to students who study abroad to help offset the cost, and financial aid generally travels with you. Students can also apply for UC's Lead and Grow Grant for additional funding. Read more about how to fund a study abroad program.
Will I miss my other classes while I am travelling on a graduate faculty-led program?
The travel portion of each program takes place during Spring Break, so students will not miss regular class meetings.
Are the program destinations safe?
UC International and the Lindner International Programs Office are always monitoring the safety of the countries and areas where we send our students. Your safety abroad is our No. 1 priority.
Can I bring my spouse, partner, or family member with me when I travel abroad?
Global Experiences are intensive academic experiences, where you will be engaged in company visits, coursework, networking opportunities, and other activities abroad. You are expected to take part in all planned activities and to integrate with the group. It is our policy not to allow students to bring guests (spouses, partners, family members, etc.) on study abroad programs.
