Executive Director of Development Lauren L. Jacquot reviews the 2024-25 year in advancement at the Lindner College of Business.

At the Carl H. Lindner College of Business, our mission is clear: To empower business problem solvers to tackle the world’s challenges. And because of your unwavering support, we are fulfilling our purpose at greater heights than ever before.

Thanks to the generosity of our community, Lindner surpassed its fundraising goal this year and continues to raise the bar university-wide. Our advancement team is the largest it’s ever been, allowing us to deepen relationships, broaden our reach and engage more partners in shaping the future of business education.

This year brought forth impactful and exciting developments in management consulting and investment banking, two growing fields where our alumni and employers leaned in with intention and enthusiasm. This generosity is building career-launching pathways for our students. We also welcomed 12 outstanding faculty across disciplines, many with AI and analytics expertise, further strengthening Lindner’s nationally ranked academic profile.

Co-op remains the cornerstone of our innovative, experiential approach. For the second straight year, more than 1,000 co-ops were completed by Lindner students in conjunction with hundreds of employer partners. This model sets us apart as a top-ranked co-op business school by providing hands-on experience vital to student learning and career success.

This was also a year of changes across higher education. Yet through every challenge, we remained grounded in what makes Lindner exceptional — our values, our people and our steadfast commitment to supplying all students with transformational opportunities.

Thank you for walking alongside us. If you are not an active member of the Lindner community, let’s connect. Don’t underestimate the power of your contribution. With your support, we will continue to create the problem solvers the world needs.

Thank you for your continued championship,

Lauren L. Jacquot, BA ’10

Meet the ‘Triplets in Tech’: Chad, Lee and Neil Aronson

July 24, 2025

Born and raised in Akron, Ohio, Chad, Lee and Neil Aronson, Bus ’01, were initiated into the business world as grade schoolers — and the triplet brothers haven’t looked back since. Separated in age by mere minutes, the San Francisco-based trio have enduring personal and professional bonds.

Remain up-to-date on Lindner happenings, as well as student, alumni and donor achievements, by following our social media channels and listnening to our podcast, Bearcats Mean Business.

Lindner alumni Josh Kramer and Cory Sims joined the Bearcats Mean Business podcast to discuss their pay-it-forward, authentic approaches to networking, how Lindner prepared them to lead meetings with ESPN personalities and clients twice their age, and much more.

An accounting major as an undergraduate, Kramer has worked his way up the ladder at ESPN to become an award-winning producer. He’s also an adjunct professor at University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music (CCM). Sims, managing member, investment adviser representative at Sims Investment Management, LLC, originally wanted to be a college basketball coach. (He still has that dream!)
