Four-Step GROW Model

  1. Gather: This initial phase involves in-depth conversations and assessments to understand your organization's specific goals, challenges and desired outcomes. The focus is on gaining a clear understanding of your needs and objectives.
  2. Refine: Working closely with you, expert faculty and program designers will develop a detailed curriculum tailored to your organization's specific needs. This includes selecting appropriate teaching methods, such as case studies, simulations and experiential learning, and establishing a delivery plan and timeline.
  3. Orchestrate: The program is delivered by expert faculty, utilizing engaging and interactive learning experiences. This may include a combination of online, in-person or hybrid formats, depending on your needs and preferences.
  4. Witness: Following program delivery, ongoing support is provided to help participants apply their learning and drive organizational impact. This may include follow-up sessions, action learning projects and individual coaching. The program's impact is evaluated through post-program surveys and interviews to measure the return on investment and ensure that learning objectives have been met.
