Open Enrollment Programs

Ideal for individual professionals who want to advance their skills independently, open enrollment programs provide flexible access to cutting-edge content and award-winning faculty. Participants join a diverse cohort of peers from various industries while gaining insights and tools that can be applied immediately.

When: February 17 to March 28, 2025

What & Where: The asynchronous online portions will be held as follows:

  • Module 1: February 17 to February 28
  • Module 2: March 3 to March 14
  • Module 3: March 17 to March 28

On February 28, March 14 and March 28, the synchronous portion will be held from 9-10:30 a.m. EST. Participants can join in-person at the 1819 Innovation Hub or online via Zoom.

Why: This course is ideal for women professionals aspiring to elevate their leadership, expand their impact and harness their unique strengths amid the challenging dynamics of modern organizations and life.


When: May 14 to 15 (9 a.m.-4 p.m.), May 16 (9 a.m.-12 p.m.)

What: An in-person program covering how to leverage HR analytics for project designs and employee engagement; project requests and stakeholder management; influencing recruiting and hiring decisions; learning and development; and AI tools and capabilities.
