Startup Weekend
UC's Startup Weekend 2025 is like never before.
Our 3-day event will feature:
• $5,000 cash prizes for our winners
• Provided food all weekend long
• Teams can be from ANY university in the Cincinnati area (including Miami, NKU, XU, etc.)
The Weekend will kick off at 4:00pm on the evening of Friday January 24th and conclude with a pitch competition in the afternoon on Sunday January 26th.
For Students
Participation is FREE; meals and snacks will be provided. Teams will have access to the resources of the 1819 Innovation Hub (including the Makerspace for certified users), as well as several volunteer mentors from the local business & startup community. The event requires continuous participation -- teams are expected to engage through Friday evening, Saturday all day, and until midday on Sunday.
All Bearcats + regional students are welcome -- diverse Startup Weekend teams are the most successful Startup Weekend teams.
