Innovation Challenge

Prototype for Innovation Challenge
UC's Center for Entrepreneurship has partnered for years with the College of Engineering's Student Tribunal to create a space for all students, with a key focus on engineers, to dip their toes into the world of entrepreneurship.  In the Innovation Challenge, you will start the beginning of the semester out either with no idea or a pre-exisiting idea, meet fellow students who can help you along the way, learn to create a pitch deck, refine your prototype, and finally pitch in the final competition for a chance to win cash prizes.

Benefits for participating students include:

  • Earn a $750 stipend
  • Get your material costs covered
  • Free dinner every Wednesdays
  • Learn to create/present a pitch deck
  • A community of technically-minded students discovering venture creation

The Innovation Challenge runs every semester (including Summer) for the entire semester.  Meetings are Wednesdays at 5:30PM in the Kautz Attic, the home for UC's Center for Entrepreneurship in the Lindner College of Business, room 4350B.
