Real Estate Focused Scholarships
Asset Based Lending Scholarship
ABL's commitment to financial literacy and continuing education extends beyond simply evaluating projects with its borrowers. Therefore, ABL is proud to offer a scholarship program for students in the process of pursuing a college degree in a real estate for financial services related field. The awarded student will receive $1,000 to be used towards expenses for his or her degree.
The deadline for applications is August 1, 2020.
To qualify, undergraduate or graduate students must have been accepted to or currently attending a college or university within the United States.
ICSC Foundation Scholarships

Ohio REALTORS Charitable & Educational Foundation Scholarship
The Ohio REALTORS® Charitable & Educational Foundation was established by the board of the Ohio Association of REALTORS® in 1980. The foundation awards scholarships to outstanding students actively pursuing four-year or advanced degrees in real estate and related fields at Ohio’s colleges and universities.
Completed application for must be sent to a professor or academic advisor to be completed and submitted.
Award: Award varies based on student applications

Rent To Own Labs Scholarship
The Rent to Own Labs Scholarship is granted to one real estate student each year. The $2,500 scholarship should help the student pay for textbooks, tuition and development courses related to real estate.
Award: $2,500 scholarship to be used towards tuition and/or related expenses
SIOR Scholarship
The Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® Ohio Chapter annually awards scholarships to excellent students who demonstrate interest in pursuing careers in commercial real estate.
Award: This scholarship is offered multiple times throughout the academic year. Awards vary based on student applications.
