Firm overview
I am an independent executive coach and consultant specializing in family systems and work systems. I base my practice on my 19 years’ experience co-founding and growing a company with my husband and a nonfamily business partner, as well as solid theoretical frameworks. Wide Margins, LLC is the name of my practice. Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from International Coaching Federation. Dual Certificate in Family Business Advising/Family Wealth Advising (CFBA/CFWA) from Family Firm Institute.
Products and/or services
I work within and across generations to promote family and firm well-being. I tend to get called in during times of growth and transition, when anxiety is high and leaders need to “see bigger.” I offer executive coaching, family dynamics coaching, and consultation in various areas including leadership development, strategic direction, and organizational design and development. Over the course of an engagement, my clients and I are likely to address a variety of complex interconnected issues.
Past/current involvement with the Goering Center
I am new to the Goering Center in 2022. I am enjoying my volunteer role as a Family Guide for the Winter 2022 Next Generation Institute.
