The University of Cincinnati Career Fair is a collaborative effort between UC student organizations, Lindner Career Services, and the College of Cooperative Education and Professional Studies. It's a one-stop shop for students to connect with employers looking to fill full-time, co-op, and internship positions. In addition, The Lindner College of Business hosts a variety of major specific career fairs. 

Professional and Technical Career Fair - Professional Day                                                                Tuesday, February 11 | 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.                                                                                   Join Professional Day on Feburary 11 in the Campus Recreation Center to meet employers hiring for business co-ops and full-time jobs.

Next Mindset Professional Readiness Day is your opportunity to sharpen your career strategy, build meaningful connections, and prepare for what’s next. Join us on February 24 from 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM at the Carl H. Lindner College of Business for an interactive day of coaching, employer engagement, and professional development.

Throughout the day, you can attend dynamic sessions including “Uncover Your Next Mindset” with Jason Heikenfeld, a Personal Value Proposition workshop with Western & Southern Financial Group, relationship-building strategies with Sam Vornhagen, and career planning insights from Kevin McGrew. Hear real-world advice during the Live! Power to Pursue Podcast with Rachel Grubbs, gain influence skills, and learn from a Bearcat Panel highlighting early talent journeys. The day concludes with open networking.

Ongoing programming (11:00 AM – 3:30 PM) includes a warm-up room, on-the-spot coaching, and one-on-one or small group discussions to help you refine your professional approach.

Drop-in Hours  

Drop-in peer career coaching is available Monday through Friday from 1-4 p.m. in Lindner Hall, Suite 1420 during the fall and spring semesters.
