Generosity in Action: Reflecting on a Year of Giving

I am thrilled to reflect on the transformative journey we’ve undertaken this past year at the Carl H. Lindner College of Business. We achieved a groundbreaking milestone by raising more than $20 million for the college in consecutive years.

From scholarships that open life-changing doors for students, to professorships that support world-class faculty dedicated to shaping future business leaders, our philanthropic efforts touch every facet of our college.

A powerful example was naming the Grau Center for Professional Selling. This transformative gift provided by Jim Grau, BBA ’73, not only honors our mission of empowering future business problem solvers, but also ensures that companies will pursue Lindner co-op students and graduates for top sales talent.

At Lindner, we are fostering an environment that empowers all individuals to thrive. Our commitment to inclusive excellence was strengthened by establishing 22 new scholarships. These scholarships serve as a catalyst for positive change, enabling individuals to cultivate a lasting sense of affinity and belonging, to fulfill their aspirations, and to make a difference in their communities and beyond.

In alignment with Lindner’s mission to be the nation’s leading co-op business school, we continue to raise funds to provide support and aid for students who need financial assistance to participate in our many forms of experiential learning.
