Intrust IT specializes in cloud computing and cybersecurity protection for organizations headquartered in Greater Cincinnati and Dayton.

We provide managed or co-managed IT services to ensure a stable, secure, and productive technology environment. We protect clients' sensitive data by offering a multi-level approach, including having a 24/7/365 Security Operations Center.

We are an employee-owned business. This results in a reliable service workforce and an experienced technical team to support our clients with no long-term contracts.

Products and/or services

Managed IT Support Plans:

  1. BasicCare: A reactive service model for organizations using all cloud services.  A good fit for this service typically has less than 20 users, no servers, and handles most of their support needs in-house.  Includes a subset of our IT management and security software to patch and protect your endpoints while being monitored by our 24/7/365 security operations center.
  2. CompleteCare: Shared responsibility model with proactive managed IT services for organizations with 10-100 computer users and no internal IT team. Includes strategic business reviews, 24/7/365 cybersecurity protection, and unlimited support.
  3. EnterpriseCare: A monthly retainer service model intended for organizations with over 100+ users with at least one dedicated IT person. We complement your IT team with our technical knowledge and dedicated resources to handle ongoing defined tasks and/or projects. All our support tools, including our 24/7/365 cybersecurity protection, can be deployed if desired.

Past/current involvement with the Goering Center

Our team members participate as Board of Advisors members, in a CEO Roundtable, and the Leadership Development Institute. We have presented or moderated several technology-related programs, including cybersecurity and artificial intelligence.  As a company, we have been named an Annual Family and Private Business Awards finalist.

Our CEO and founder, Tim Rettig, a passionate advocate for employee ownership, established a roundtable dedicated to the ESOP ownership transition. Intrust IT began our ESOP journey in 2019.
