Meet our presenter

Crystal Faulkner, CPA, CExP, MAFF is a partner with MCM CPAs & Advisors. She is an EOS Implementer trained to successfully guide business owners through the EOS process, and her passion for helping others has given her the opportunity to work with a diverse range of professionals, owners and businesses throughout our region. Crystal's primary areas of expertise include: business and tax advisory, certified in business exit and transition planning, strategic planning, income and estate tax minimization, fraud and forensic analysis, succession planning, wealth enhancement and transfer and consulting related to business acquisition and disposition.

Meet our panel

Jonathan Adams is the co-founder and President of SALIX, an award-winning business process outsourcing (BPO) and litigation support company based in Cincinnati. The company increases productivity and reduces costs for clients by providing holistic data life cycle solutions. Jon and his brother, Rob, started the business in their parents' basement in 1999 and have served over 2,500 customers since they began.

Jonathan is a passionate and dedicated leader who finds innovative ways to solve problems and serve others. His leadership skills are well known, being awarded "Forty under 40" and "Gentlemen of Substance and Style" among other distinctions. He also shares his expertise and insight to enhance the community, serving in leadership roles with several non-profit organizations.

Blake Roe is a CPA and partner with Plante Moran, specializing in audit and advisory services. Blake works closely with family- and foreign-owned businesses in manufacturing and the public sector, including municipalities, special government entities, water and wastewater utilities, and airports. He leads Plante Moran's Cincinnati manufacturing team, is the regional leader of their municipal and Japanese business services practices, and the partner-in-charge of the firm's national airport practice. He helped Plante Moran implement EOS, is an adjunct professor at the Lindner College of Business, is on the agency audit review committee for the United Way of Greater Cincinnati and the finance committee at the Heritage Country Club.
