Life at Lindner
The highlights and memories that shaped the 2024-25 academic year at Lindner.
Look Who's Back!
First-year students used College Day (August 23, 2024) to meet their classmates, get acquainted with their advisors and Lindner staff, and familiarize themselves with student organizations. On August 26, 2024, nearly 6,000 students enjoyed their first day of fall semester.
Little Fan, Big Friend
The young child of Mark Wood, BBA '11, interacts with the Bearcat prior to the Warren Bennis Leadership Experience at Tangeman University Center.
Kelce Comes Home
Jason Kelce, BBA ’10, attended Lindner Business Honors Homecoming on October 16 to support former classmate Cory Sims, BBA '11, who was being honored at the annual awards celebration. Post-event, the former Philadelphia Eagle mingled with students.
Royal Three-Peat
The college sported strong representation on the 2024 Homecoming Court. For the third straight year, the Homecoming King and Queen were Lindner students.
Lean In
With guidance from Steven Jones, assistant professor-educator of operations, business analytics, and information systems, Purcell Marian High School students earned Lean Six Sigma certifications.
ESG Meets JAAF
The Journal of Accounting, Auditing, and Finance (JAAF) Symposium on ESG was held in the fall and hosted by Lindner’s accounting department. Subject matter experts presented papers and discussed environmental, social and governance (ESG) topics.
Final Memories
Lindner's post-commencement open houses supplied more than 1,800 Lindner students who graduated between summer 2024 and spring 2025 with a chance to celebrate in Lindner Hall with family, friends, faculty and staff.
