Gilman Partners is the largest executive search firm in the Greater Cincinnati region, helping organizations recruit leaders in the top third of the org chart. We complete about 100 searches in a year across the U.S., specializing in searches for executive leadership, finance/accounting, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, sales/marketing, human resources, professional services, and more. More than half of our searches are for family-owned companies and we understand the unique challenges these searches present. Gilman Partners also runs GP Elevate, a leadership development program that prepares high-potential leaders for executive roles, and leads custom leadership training sessions for individuals and teams.
Past/current involvement with the Goering Center
Partner Barry Elkus has served as a member of the Board of Advisors and Chair of the Marketing Committee. CEO Angel Beets has been a speaker at several Goering Center events. Gilman Partners is an Associate Member of the Goering Center.
