RKPT has been committed to providing excellent legal representation to individual and business clients for over half a century. Established in 1965 by brothers Braden Mechley and Albert Mechley, Jr. in a small office at 540 Liberty Street in Downtown Cincinnati, the firm became known as Robbins, Kelly, Patterson & Tucker in 1991 and has since grown to over 50 employees and more than 20 attorneys. With its main office in Downtown Cincinnati and an office in Blue Ash, Ohio, RKPT serves clients throughout the Midwest and Florida.

We proudly partner with established and emerging companies based in our greater Cincinnati area, but also handle corporate matters throughout the U.S.RKPT’s Personal Planning practice encompasses a wide range of services, from preparing estate planning documents for individuals and families, to succession planning for businesses, protection of assets, estate and trust administration, and establishing guardianships and conservatorships. We represent clients in a broad range of litigation matters. Over our decades-long history we have become trusted advisors and advocates for real estate developers, contractors, manufacturers, creditors, advertisers, franchisors and franchisees.RKPT's real estate team has represented clients in commercial and residential real estate matters. We also operate our own title company, Safe Title Agency, Inc., enabling us to close your transaction with efficiency and with a unique focus on customer service.
