Lindner Inclusion Partners

An Office of Inclusive Excellence Lindner Inclusion Partner is a Lindner student organization that has a diversity and inclusion focus or is identity-based. Lindner Inclusion Partner organizations will support, celebrate and empower their members while contributing to the cultural awareness at Linder and UC. Lindner Inclusion Partners will promote fairness, respect and a culture of belonging.

Submit your application in spring 2024 to be an inclusion partner in fall 2024 and/or spring 2025.

Lindner Women in Business prepares emerging leaders for future endeavors by providing allies, perspective and resources. 


Elevating Future Women Business Leaders

Join Jane Sojka, PhD, Distinguished Teaching Professor of Marketing, and Phoebe Pappas, BBA ’24, president of Lindner Women in Business on Bearcats Mean Business, Lindner's official podcast, to celebrates Women’s History Month. Hear more about the initiatives, courses, programs, events and student groups that elevate the overall Lindner experience for future women business leaders.

Pride at Lindner (PaL) supports LGBTQ+ folks and allies at the University of Cincinnati and Cincinnati as a whole through programming and community. PaL inspires its members to be educated, inclusive and empowered in their personal and professional lives.

International Bearcats (iCats) focuses on giving international students an opportunity to share their culture with other students at Lindner.
