Human Resources Certificate
In an increasingly competitive global marketplace, leaders know that people are an organization's most critical resource. Bottom-line business success depends on the quality of its employees and the effectiveness of employee relations. The human resources certificate encompasses a solid management curriculum. Courses in Compensation, Benefits, Negotiation, Employment Law, HR Analytics, and more are taught by a mix of full-time faculty from the Lindner College of Business and experienced professionals from organizations in the region.
The human resources certificate is interdisciplinary, and the curriculum includes four core courses (eight semester credits) and two elective courses (four semester credits), depending on program affiliation and prior background.
