Title: Technology Enabled Hybrid Inventory Control Policies in Hospitals
Description: The purpose of this research is to analyze a new hybrid inventory policy used by hospitals as new technology becomes available to increase inventory visibility. This increased visibility offers a new range of possibilities for material handling and control. We seek to offer practical and efficient operational policies that are applicable to the health care sector and other environments where increased visibility enables the use of new operational policies.
