Harshad Puranik
Harshad Puranik is a doctoral candidate in the management department at the Carl H. Lindner College of Business. He has a Masters degree in Management Science with a specialization in HR from the University of Mumbai, India. Before joining the doctoral program, he has worked as Assistant Manager of Human Resources with a manufacturing firm called Neosym Industry Limited, India. In terms of research, he is interested in studying how the dynamic interplay between different workplace interactions and affect/emotion shapes individual and interpersonal outcomes in organizations. His research has been accepted for publication in the Academy of Management Review and the Journal of Organizational Behavior.
