After three years as the Lindner Helpdesk Manager, Jim is now our Systems Administrator. He is responsible for managing the integrity of internal systems such as Active Directory, file, print, SQL, and other servers, Lindner databases, etc. He also provides third-level support for the Lindner community and backup for the Helpdesk. Jim's IT career spans more than fifteen years and has included positions as a contractor to GE and UPS as well as working in Healthcare IT. Jim is currently completing courses toward an MSIS at Lindner, is a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, and holds a BA in English from Northern Kentucky University.
