Study Abroad

What is a business study abroad program?

We believe impactful engagement in global knowledge and experiences is essential to developing innovative business leaders.

Study abroad programs are designed to expose students to Lindner's PACE framework:

  • Professionalism: Students take company tours and attend industry presentations.
  • Academics: Partner universities give discipline-specific lectures to our students.
  • Character: Students take part in cultural activities to grow in their global competency.
  • Engagement: Our programs allow students to network with their faculty and peers.

Study Abroad by the Numbers (Academic Year 2022-23)

  • 7 partner exchange universities
  • 68 companies visited abroad
  • 38 faculty and staff leading 16 short-term programs
  • 27 countries traveled
  • 468 business students abroad
  • 38 incoming international exchange students

Watch what is possible

In December 2019, Lindner students participated in a study abroad program to Universidad del Desarrollo (UDD) in Santiago, Chile. The program not only provided students with a hands-on experience of the Chilean economy, but allowed them to immerse themselves in the Chilean and South American culture.
