Because technology is an integral part of almost every endeavor within the Lindner College of Business, the Information Technology department has focused its goals and reputation upon providing fast and efficient support services, a safe and secure technology infrastructure and a personalized experience tailored to the unique needs of each user.

All support tickets opened through our system will generate a unique ticket number for your case that you can reference for progress reports.
The IT Service Desk is closed on University Holidays. A complete list of these dates can be found on the University of Cincinnati Academic Calendar. During the breaks between terms, the IT Service Desk will only be available through phone and email support.

Software - The LCB Information Technology department offers a variety of academic software for its students, faculty, and staff. The department hosts and manages license servers from a variety of software vendors to ensure each students has access to the resources they need.
The LCB Information Technology team provides documentation, tutorials and personal assistance that walk our customers through various software installation processes, remote access to our Microsoft Remote Desktop Services servers, and personal assistance with all software related questions. LCB Computer Labs - The Carl H. Lindner College of Business offers enrolled students with private computer labs that cater to every academic program offered. Our labs are furnished with fast and efficient workstations that have been customized with business oriented software that students will need throughout their tenure at the college.
LCB Information Technology Department Service Portfolio - The LCB Information Technology portfolio consists of three components.
- A definition of our primary service offerings, Service Level Agreements for those offerings, our focus and our goals for the LCB from a technology standpoint that align with not only the College's strategy but the University's as well.
