Students receive wrap-around support. All Lindner undergraduate students are assigned a personal academic advisor and career coach to help navigate academic and professional experiences.

Without the co-op program, I wouldn't have been able to realize my interest in working with nonprofit organizations. I very much appreciate Lindner's effort to have their students be exposed to these different opportunities and these different types of learning and types of internships.

Through universal co-op, every Lindner student will complete a minimum of two paid work experiences prior to graduation. During the 2023-24 academic year, students completed more than 1,000 co-op experiences earning an average of $20 per hour. Students who complete at least two co-op experiences have an average starting salary of $61,676.
