As the global birthplace of co-operative education (co-op), UC has perfected the practice, consistently ranking in the Top 5 in the nation for its co-op program.

At Lindner, you’ll participate in our universal co-op program, graduating with multiple, paid professional experiences on your resume without delaying graduation. You’ll put classroom learnings to the test, working on real-world, impactful projects as a co-op student.

Each academic year, our students complete more than 1,000 co-ops with nearly 500 companies earning an average of $20 per hour.

The benefits of co-op are numerous, from increasing your employability to ensuring you are career ready from day one. And students who co-op will typically earn more post-graduation which is why our students routinely graduate with an average starting salary of $62,155.
