On November 17, 2011, participants will gather at the METS Center for Corporate Learning in Erlanger, KY to hear from innovation experts on strategies and tactics that help organizations innovate new products and business processes.
Carl H. Lindner College of Business professor-educator, Drew Boyd, will deliver a talk entitled, "The Three Voices of Innovation." Boyd, a retired Johnson & Johnson director of marketing mastery, will introduce new methods of innovation which rely on the Voice of the Product, Voice of the Brand and the Voice of Serendipity. He will share how systematic, pattern-based methods of creativity can be learned and implemented at the personal and organizational level, and how new patterns can be spotted and harnessed to create opportunity.
