Roundtable Program

Pamela Weber of PNC, left, with Professor Shaun Bond of the UC Real Estate Center

In 1983, the UC Real Estate Roundtable was created to establish and maintain links between the university and the business and real estate communities. The Roundtable series features guest speakers who present their ideas, thoughts and perspectives on topics that impact the real estate industry.

The Roundtable Series strives to:

  • Encourage interaction between real estate professionals and UC students and faculty.
  • Address issues and topics relevant to the real estate industry and leading professionals.
  • Expose real estate professionals to industry research conducted at UC and elsewhere.

A wide range of real estate industry sectors are represented through our roundtable membership of more than 275 real estate professionals. The yearly membership fee covers the entire series, including the UC/ULI Conference, the UC/PNC Greater Cincinnati Outlook Conference and the State of Retail Review.

2018-2019 Roundtable Series

The Real Estate Center, in conjunction with our Premier Partner, PNC Bank, is proud to present our 35th season of networking, national and international speakers, and access to industry leaders.

Membership includes admission to the UC/ULI Conference, the UC/PNC Economic Outlook Conference, the State of Retail Review, and all other Roundtable events.

To ensure that we continue to offer our members the best experience and highest quality programs we will:

  • Continue exploring other venues.
  • No longer offer the individual roundtable supporter level.
  • Continue to offer the under 30 rate for $250 for the year!

Last year our membership consisted of more than 300 industry leaders. As our numbers continue to grow, this year promises to be packed full of networking and high quality programs.
