Does your technology enable better decision making, increase throughput, enhance customer service? Technology can and should be a strategic enabler. T6 Group leads the Executive Leadership Team and IT through a process to develop an IT roadmap that supports the business.   

Process Review/Improvement:  Analyze, review, update and document processes so that they function in the new, improved environment.

Workshops:  T6 Group conducts workshops to drive clarity on business goals that connect directly to the overall strategy incorporating Operations, IT and Sales.  Workshops typically include cross-departmental participants and may lead to one-on-one interviews to gather additional details.

Strategic Project Oversight:  T6 Group works with client teams to guide them through the agreed upon projects and holds team members accountable.

Past/Current Involvement with the Goering Center

T6 Group is new to the Goering Center as of 2018.  T6 Group works with privately held organizations to ensure handoffs between departments are seamless and the processes are set up to accommodate future growth.
