Products and/or services

Our attorneys can assist you in a broad range of practice areas including family and closely-held business issues, succession planning, acquisitions, tax matters and employment benefits.  Whenever a legal issue arises, we put you directly in touch with an attorney experienced in that area.  We staff projects with the most efficient number of attorneys to give our clients immediate response, direct, practical advice, focused attention and cost-effective solutions.  We recruit only top-ranking graduates from major law schools and support their professional development through comprehensive training.  Uniquely, more than 80% of our attorneys have achieved the partner level in the firm and we expect every associate to become a partner in the future.  This assures your work is being handled by a highly qualified lawyer who has a vested interest in your success.  Our attorneys not only distinguish themselves professionally, with 17 of our lawyers listed in Woodward/White's Best Lawyers in America, but also in their service to the community by accepting leadership positions with NPOs and donating at leadership levels.
