The University of Cincinnati's Center for Business Analytics presents two annual analytics and data science events: Data Science Symposium held each fall and Analytics Summit, Real World Applications of Business Analytics, held in the spring. 

These high visibility events draw 250–400 analytics and information technology professionals with 75% of attendees coming from business, government and non-profit organizations. Attendees include business analysts, data scientists, consultants, directors, and C-level executives from major companies such as Kroger, USBank, P&G, GE, Anthem, Cincinnati Childrens, CDC/NIOSH, Cummins, Fifth Third Bank, Great American Insurance Group, Dow, Eli Lilly, Western and Southern, UC Health, Disney, Marathon, Microsoft and many others

Event audiences include everyone in an organization who uses data, from the hands on functional area data specialists, analysts, and data scientists, managers of these groups, and senior organization management with the responsibility for analytics. We draw from a wide range of geographies and diverse companies from many industries.
