Dr. Dalziel is an experienced manager, management consultant, and entrepreneur who has served in over 40 industries and 13 countries with a strong track record of improving the performance of emerging businesses through large established corporations. He has founded several small businesses and a nonprofit society, launched a startup incubator, and supervised over 170 successful consulting engagements. He designs and administers customized executive education programs and has conducted leading-edge research on boards and top executives, corporate governance, IPOs, and strategic management resulting in dozens of presentations to business leaders and scholars in the US, Canada, and Europe, 2 Best Paper awards, and 20+ articles/chapters/conference papers. He has motivated, challenged, and accelerated the success of hundreds of entrepreneurs, executives, and graduate and undergraduate students.
