This five-part program combines live virtual, instructor-led team workshops with self-directed learning via Boost's online platform.
- The e-Learning curriculum includes pricing training courses that are 10-30 minutes in length, downloads and tools for application and practice, 7 core pricing courses, and 4 additional courses on important pricing topics.
- Participate in 5 instructor-led live virtual workshops that are 90-minutes each and will augment and reinforce your understanding and application of the concepts

Profitability Coach, Boost Profits
Pam Rodefer joined Boost’s predecessor company, Braveheart, in 2015 and is a Profitability Coach to their clients. She trains sales teams and coaches sales managers and leaders. She helps team members grow their sales skills and sales management skills, pricing power, and confidence and helps them close the gaps in mindset that can sabotage success. Prior to joining Boost, Pam trained and coached sales teams through Rodefer Consulting, LLC for 20 years. This followed a robust sales and sales leadership career starting as a Sales Representative for Owens-Corning Fiberglass selling roofing shingles insulation products and progressing to roles in sales, sales leadership, and sales training with Johnson & Johnson, and Amira Medical, where she developed a team of managers and salespeople that launched the world’s first non-fingerstick blood glucose meter.
