Continuing OperationsOur Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) team provides year-round support for your finance and accounting team, including transaction processing, bookkeeping, controllership and individual income tax and personal financial planning services. We also help you monitor, improve and gain efficiency in your operations through benchmarking and accounting software and implementation.

Mergers and AcquisitionsOur M&A team is unique and our deal experts offer a wide array of services to support you with any contemplated business transaction, including: Capital Services to assist you with capital planning, capital structure and optimization, debt financing and restructuring; Buy-Side Services to help you develop an acquisition strategy, identify potential targets, secure capital, create a definitive document and negotiate terms; Sell-Side Services, whether you want to sell part or all of your business, we will create offering documents and materials, contact potential buyers and assist you with negotiating, structuring and closing the transaction.

Expand Operations: If you are considering expansion by acquisition, our Transaction Advisory Services will help you assess a potential acquisition target by performing a Quality of Earnings analysis that will support or dispute the initial valuation in the Letter of Intent, uncover potential risks pre- and post-close, provide information on cash flow to cover debt service and fund operations, identify process improvement opportunities and review accounting policies to ensure accurate reporting.

Internal GrowthAn area that challenges many growing businesses is HR and compliance. Our HR Consulting group will provide assistance with talent acquisition and retention, creating a strategic plan to map out your organizational growth, compensation and total rewards structuring, coaching and development services and creating an employee handbook. We also provide outsourced HR and benefits administration services to support your company with the overhead burden.

Succession PlanningOur team will provide a thorough analysis of the complexities of your business and work with you to develop a plan to transition the company to the next generation, identify future leaders and work through the onerous tax rules and compliance associated with business successions. We will help you develop a timeline for transition and ensure your legacy continues well into the future.

Business ValuationVarious situations arise during the business life cycle that require you to determine a value for your business in order to accomplish your goals, resolve a specific issue or move forward. Our Business Valuation specialists can provide an accurate valuation for your company to address these situations, including estate, gift and trust planning, buy or sell agreements between owners of a business, settle shareholder disputes, determine a value for a merger or acquisition, divorce proceedings, ESOP plans, early state or start-up companies and dividend recapitalizations.
