Career Opportunities

There are many different reasons why you may want to pursue your MBA. Perhaps you want to switch fields or industries, or to transition into a management role, or you may simply want to maximize your long-term career potential. No matter the career goal you've set for yourself, the Lindner Career Services team will help you achieve it.

Central to our graduates' full-time employment success is the immediate and customized coaching students receive from their personal career coach, starting before they even arrive on campus. You'll have discussions regarding your goals and ambitions, as well as honest critiques of your resume and LinkedIn profile completed before Orientation begins. Once here, you'll jump right into the rigorous year of preparation necessary for career success upon graduation.

Today's world is more competitive and dynamic than ever before and as a result, employers are placing a higher premium on teamwork, leadership and communication skills. That's why a central component of the Lindner MBA experience is built around developing these core business competencies and includes an immersive two-day leadership and team-building experience as well as a series of intensive communication workshops. Through Lindner Career Services, our goal is to best prepare you to exceed your employer's expectations in the interview room, on the job and beyond.

This approach requires a lot of time and commitment from both you and your Lindner Career Coach, but the results speak for themselves. Bloomberg Businessweek has ranked the Lindner MBA among the Top 15 MBA programs in the United States for job placement success within 3 months of graduation.
