Rui is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Operations, Business Analytics, and Information Systems in the Carl H. Lindner College of Business at the University of Cincinnati. Rui’s research focuses on improving IT user well-being as well as advancing diversity and social inclusion among users and IT personnel. Rui has published a paper in a top-10 applied psychology journal—Journal of Organizational Behavior. Rui’s research has also been accepted as conference proceedings at— International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS), Americas Conference on Information Systems (AMCIS), Academy of Management Meeting (AoM), and Southern Association for Information Systems Conference (SAIS). She is a member of the Association for Information Systems and Academy of Management.
