Today’s leading companies are comprised of men and women of varying ethnicities and nationalities. The best businesses harness those differences as a means of fueling innovation and performance. The Lindner College of Business offers the following diversity programs:
Business Fellows is a community for African American, Hispanic, Latino, and Native American students within the Lindner College of Business that provides access to a network of resources in order to highlight opportunities and ensure success at Lindner and beyond.
iCats is a mentoring program for first-year, exchange, and transfer international students entering the Lindner College of Business. iCats offers social, academic, and educational support through a yearlong peer advising program.
Lindner Women in Business focuses on inspiring, empowering and developing young women by spotlighting the various careers, disciplines and industries open to emerging businesswomen.
Out in Business promotes an inclusive and empowering environment for LGBTQ students, faculty, staff, and community allies at the Lindner College of Business. OiB's mission focuses on community, career, awareness and advocacy.
Lindner also offers a shadow program for high school juniors and seniors. This program allows African American, Hispanic and Native American students to experience a day in the life of a Lindner business student. Attend classes, tour residential halls and enjoy lunch on campus with your host student. For more information contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call (513) 556-6392.
