When: Fall Semester
The fall semester exchange program in Toulouse, France allows students to enroll in a foreign university while paying UC tuition. Students earn 15-18 transfer credits while studying at a premier French business school. Students attend business courses offered in English and take beginning French language. Coursework counts towards CoB’s major or minor requirements.
Partner University: Toulouse Business School (TBS) is located in the second largest university town in France after Paris . The school has 71 international partners in 30 different countries and hosts students from at least 20 different nationalities each quarter.
Toulouse (population 770,000), France's fourth largest city, is located in south-west France, midway between the Atlantic and Mediterranean. The beautiful city is known for its distinctive rose color brick buildings (hence the nickname: la ville rose) and has a very Mediterranean feal and climate. Rich food, good wine and slow living: that’s what this corner of southwest France is all about.Toulouse has long served as a center of commerce, culture and education. The city was a resting place for religious pilgrims traveling to Spain as early as the 11th century. The University of Toulouse dates to the 13th century and is the second oldest in France. The city is now home to Europe's aerospace industry and headquarters for Airbus Industrie. The many high-tech firms in the region complement the area's thriving agri-business.
