The City
Pamplona (198,450) is the historical capital of Navarre. It is famous for its San Fermin festival each July in which the running of the bulls is one of the main attractions.
Universidad Pública de Navarra (UPNA) is located in the north of the Iberian Peninsula, on the border of France. This institution was formed only two decades ago, however it is continuing a program and educaton that dates back to the 19th century. In this short time period the campus in Pamplona along with a campus in Tudela have been created. There are approximately 9,000 students who attend UPNA.
