IT Help Resources

Technology support for students and faculty is available from a number of sources. 


The University IT group, UCIT Help Desk, provide first level support for data and phone communications as well as all computing concerns. Help is available from 8am to 9pm on weekends and from 7am to 9pm on weekdays.

This support includes, but is not limited to the mainframe, file servers, e-mail servers (Exchange & UConnect), Blackboard, Password Self Service (PSS), wireless access, and VPN.

Lindner College of Business Support

The Carl H. Lindner College of Business Information Technology (LCB IT) department provides full service, enterprise level support for students, faculty and staff at the Lindner College of Business. Because technology is an integral part of almost every endeavor within the Lindner College of Business, the Information Technology department has focused its goals and reputation upon providing fast and efficient support services, a safe and secure technology infrastructure and a personalized experience tailored to the unique needs of each user.
