The Goering Center for Family & Private Business has added a new feature to aid their members. The Business Boards Institute, currently being formed, is an additional tool to help small and family-owned businesses align their strategies, growth objectives and internal structures. The institute will be comprised of 60 executives who have experience in finance, marketing, operations and technology. These executives will serve on the board of advisors for willing companies who take the step to create a board to provide professional guidance. The Goering Center has always recommended creating a board to their members, and now they have made this step even easier by creating the Business Boards Institute.
