The University of Cincinnati’s Carl H. Lindner College of Business will add a family and private business certificate to its curriculum beginning in Fall 2012. The program is the first of its kind offered by any college of business nationwide.  

The curricular enhancement is made possible by a $1 million endowed professorship from John and Gloria Goering, founders of the college’s Goering Center for Family and Private Business. An extension of the Goering Center, the new program will allow UC students to benefit from the Center’s unique educational offerings in the same way local business professionals have since its establishment in 1979.
