Master of Arts in Human Resources:  A curriculum designed to fit your personal interests

The Lindner College of Business Master of Arts in Human Resources is a rigorous and intensive program that prepares professionals to serve in leadership roles as a senior management team member in human resources.

Required coursework includes 30 semester credit hours in total (beyond any needed courses to satisfy the pre-requisite requirements).  The program can be completed in as few as two semesters.

The Basic Business Knowledge (BBK) requirements for all master's degrees offered in the Lindner College of Business are met by the pre-requisite classes in Business Analytics, Finance, and Economics along with Financial Accounting in the first semester.
