Leadership and Management Graduate Certificate

Leadership competency is a requirement in today's competitive marketplace. Developing your leadership skills is an investment that can benefit you and your organization

The Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Management offers advanced study of topics that emerging leaders will encounter. Future leaders will acquire a knowledge base and be equipped with skills to manage positive social change.

Curriculum: The Leadership certificate requires a core course (2 semester credits) and elective courses (10 semester credits).

*Master's students at LCB who are required to take MGMT 7014 may not count this towards the Certificate. They will be required to take an elective instead. MGMT 7014 is a gateway course and must be taken prior to other courses in the program.
