YOU SEE POTENTIAL CONFERENCE
Who: High School Freshmen–Seniors
When: Spring
What: Participate in a two-day conference where you will interact with UC College of Business students and Greater Cincinnati business leaders. Discover more about business leadership, civic responsibility and college opportunities.

SHADOW PROGRAM
Who: High School Juniors–Seniors
When: Fall & Spring
What: Experience a day in the life of a UC business student at one of our shadow days. Attend classes, tour residential halls and enjoy lunch on campus with your host student. A unique opportunity to experience campus life at UC.

BUSINESS DIVERSITY LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
Who: High School  Seniors
When: Fall & Winter
What: Join fellow high school seniors at four valuable sessions where you will grow your leadership skills while receiving the support you need to prepare for and manage the college application process. All participants are eligible for a book scholarship upon attending UC.

BUSINESS FELLOWS
Who: College Freshmen–Seniors
When: Year-Round
What: Attend the UC College of Business and receive the support you need from a dedicated advising staff member. Under-represented business students are invited to apply to become Business Fellows, a program that provides access to mentors, career planning guidance and a network of support from a close group of peers.
