Scholarships, Fellowships and Awards for undergraduate economics students
The Department of Economics and the Kautz Uible Fund is inviting applications for various fellowships and awards for the 2020-21 academic year. Please see below for the available fellowships and awards. Applicants must be economics or business economics majors (including double majors) beginning Fall 2020.
Scholarship amount
$3,000 ($2,500 tuition scholarship, plus $500 for study abroad program offered by the economics department).
Renewable?
Up to two years for undergraduate studies, plus an additional year if the student continues on to the MS – Applied Economics program.

Requirements
- Sophomore status beginning Fall 2020.
- Completion of ECON 1001 or ECON 1002 or equivalent.
- Economics or Business Economics major during undergraduate studies.
- Participation in the Undergraduate Economics Society.
- Maintain a 3.5 or above GPA.
- Membership of the Kautz Uible Fellows LinkedIn group.

$2,000 ($1,500 tuition scholarship, plus $500 for study abroad program offered by the economics department).

- Completion of ECON 2020 or ECON 2030.
- Economics or Business Economics major during the 2020-21 academic year.
