The Carl H. Lindner College of Business has two mentor programs for undergraduates: one for 3rd-year honors students and one for under-represented students. Both programs partner area professionals with students to assist in their professional growth and specialized career development. The mentor/mentee partnership integrates classroom learning with real, relevant work issues.

What each program entails:

Business Mentor Program for honors students: This program pairs a mentor with one honors student for four months through a Business Professionalism class. Mentors and mentees touch base three times for the duration in addition to attending a group kick-off reception and closing celebration.  This opportunity if offered on a semester basis (fall and spring).

Business Fellows Mentor Program for under-represented students: This program pairs a mentor with an under-represented student of color for a full academic school year.  Mentors and mentees connect monthly, including at a group kick-off reception, mid-year meeting, and closing celebration.  This opportunity is offered on an annual basis.
