Title:
Designing Vertically Restrictive Pricing Contracts for Bounded Rational Customers: Does the Supply Chain Equity Matter?
Description:
In a single period experiment, we test and compare Retailer Fixed Markup (RFM) policy with Price-only. And through the lense of RFM contract, we investigate supply chain power (high vs. low markup) and pricing power (who is the price leader, the manufacture or the retailer) to see how they would affect
subjects' decision making process. We then attempt to update our previous analytical model to incorporate the findings from the experiment.

Title:
Does the Inventory Matter? An Experimental Study of the Strategic Inventory in Vertical Contracts
Description:
For a simple two-period model, we compare static vs. dynamic vertical contracts under stationary demand and check the role of the retailer inventory. We investigate how the retailer may use her inventory strategically in the behavioral environment and compare with our previous theoretical models.
