Description:
This study explores the relationship among student expectations, actions and performance in multicultural international global teams. Teams composed of US and European students complete projects using video conference, internet and voice of internet technology. Performance is predicted to be related to the accuracy of students’ perceptions of the ease or difficulty of working in multicultural dispersed virtual teams.
