Get your username and set up your password.

Your first step is to retrieve your username and set up your password. Having your username and password allows you to access to all of the online systems in use here at UC.

Once you have returned your signed acceptance to us, you should receive an email from the university providing instructions as to how to retrieve your username, set up your password, and activate your UC email account.  If you do not receive that information, link to the “my information” section on the OneStop website and follow the prompts to begin the process.

To obtain your user name and password, follow these steps:

• Visit OneStop.
• Under the "My Information" link on the left-hand side of the OneStop browser window, select "Get My Username." If you have not provided the university with your social security number, or if you are having additional problems, please contact the help desk (513) 556-4357.  If you have previously registered for courses at UC via OneStop, you should already have a username and can bypass this part of the process. 
  

Make sure your UC email account is working properly. 

Get your UC ID number (your M number).

You must also obtain your UC ID number, called the M Number. To get your M Number:

• Visit OneStop.
• Under the "My Information" link, select "Get My UCID."
  
• Follow the prompts to obtain your ID number. 

This number is not required for any web functions such as email set up or registration; however, it is your unique identifier and you should know what it is. It will also appear on your UC student ID, known as the Bearcat Card.
