Dr. LaVaughn Henry

Economic and Investment Outlook - Executive Luncheon Seminar
Dr. LaVaughn Henry, VP and Senior Regional Officer, Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland
- Dr. Henry holds doctoral and master's degrees in economics from Harvard University. He is a member of the National Association for Business Economics and The American Economic Association. Additionally, Dr. Henry has held senior economic positions with the Budget Committee of the U.S. House of Representatives and the Federal Housing Finance Agency.

Jackie Reau

Social Media Strategy - Educational Forum
Jackie Reau is the CEO and Co-Founder of Game Day Communications, a sports and entertainment public relations and marketing firm.  Game Day specializes in media relations, sports marketing, influencer relations, event marketing and media training.  Jackie has more than 15 years of experience in marketing and public relations management. Most notably, Jackie served as director of marketing and public relations at the Cincinnati Art Museum working with international, national and local media.  She has coordinated national press trips to New York and England, and has earned stories in the Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, USA Today and has also worked on crisis situations with 60 Minutes, Time Magazine, Good Morning America, CBS Saturday Morning and the Today Show.

Dick Antoine

Making Leaders a Competitive Advantage - Executive Luncheon Seminar
Dick Antoine served as Global Human Resources Officer of Procter & Gamble Co. from 2001 to  2008, reporting directly to A. G. Lafley.  Mr. Antoine has 36 years of experience, including more than three years outside the USA, and assignments in all categories in which P&G currently does business, as well as Product Supply and Human Resources.  Mr. Antoine holds a BS in Chemistry from University of Wisconsin and an MBA from University of Chicago. Dick is President of AO Consulting and currently serves as the President of the National Academy of Human Resources.

Joni Fedders

Business Boards - Core Member Breakfast Seminar
Joni Fedders is the president of Aileron, overseeing its strategic direction and operational activities.  A veteran businesswoman, Joni understands the challenges organizations face when it comes to growing profits, creating jobs and market share. A former executive at The Iams Company, Joni served there for five years in several capacities, including category and brand management. In pursuit of her entrepreneurial aspirations, Joni left Iams to co-found a technology services company that focused on enterprise applications, e-learning and public sector Web applications and support. As President and Chief Operating Officer, Fedders oversaw the company’s daily business operations and became an Aileron client herself. After building the company from two to 100 employees and nearly $13 million in sales, the company was sold in 2002.

George Vredeveld

Economic and Investment Outlook - Executive Luncheon Seminar
Dr. George Vredeveld, University of Cincinnati, Alpaugh Professor of Economics

at the University of Cincinnati and directed the Economics Center for Education & Research for many years. Dr. Vredeveld, along with his colleagues at the Economics Center, conducts economic impact and economic development studies, and provides data for area businesses and public organizations. Dr. Vredeveld's research has focused on factors that affect regional economic development, including the role of education in meeting the needs of commerce.  Dr. Vredeveld earned his PhD in economics from Indiana University, a Masters Degree from Purdue University and his BA degree from Calvin College.

 

Dave Hatter

Social Media - LinkedIn - Educational Forum
Dave Hatter is the President and founder of Libertas Technologies, a 2011 Goering Center award winning firm helping businesses save and/or make money through business process improvement and custom software, web and mobile development for more than a decade. A seasoned consultant and entrepreneur, he is a former owner of Definiti, a similar company sold in 2000. Dave has nearly two decades of programming and consulting experience and has earned several industry certifications. Dave has extensive experience as a trainer and speaker. He’s done dozens of seminars and trained over 500 students as an adjunct instructor at the University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, Gateway Community and Technical College and the NKU Community Education program. Dave is a recurring on-air guest on WXIX’s “19 in the Morning” (11 years) and has been a contributor to Fox Business, 700 WLW, 55KRC, WKRC and WNKU.

 

Michael Loban

Social Media - Educational Forum
Michael Loban is the Vice President of InfoTrust, a digital marketing and web development agency that helps organizations analyze, increase and convert web traffic. Michael conducts dozens of trainings and seminars on various aspects of digital marketing, social media and blog marketing. Over 3,000 people from various business industries have attended his programs. this year, he is scheduled to speak at several national conferences on the topic of social marketing and the ROI of online advertisement. Michael strives to be an engaged member of the Cincinnati community and is on a board of several charities and foundations. He has been featured in a number of publications, and is one of the co-authors of an upcoming book on leadership - addressing the topic of emerging leadership and the impact of social media and digital world on current leadership practices in the business world.  He specializes in speaking on the topics of social recruitment, HR marketing, digital marketing, web analytics and the use of social media for business.
